If you are truly unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
*BRIDAL WEAR AND BALL GOWNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
All returns must follow our guidelines:

1.) You must contact us within 3 business days after delivery date for a Return Authorization #.
2.) All returns must be shipped back no later than 3 business days after the Return Authorization # is sent.
3.) All shipping charges are non-refundable, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4.) Please, absolutely no refunds on orders of 3 dresses or more. A store credit will be given.
All returns must be in its original packaging with tags intact, gowns must not show sign of wear, have any scent, alterations.
Items returned without a Return Authorization # or items not in original conditions will be rejected and automatically shipped back.
Shipping Fees: Please note - If you originally got free shipping with your order, you will be refunded for the price of the dress minus the regular UPS GROUND shipping charge calculation on our website.

Upon receiving your return, you will receive an e-mail with instructions and a PIN # with your store balance when you are ready for a new order.

We want you to be pleased with your transaction - if you are unhappy with your dress(es), you may exchange, get store credit or return for a refund.
Please note that the dresses must be in original condition, with the plastic covering and must not have or show any damage, odor, stain or sign of wear.

Payment Errors

Shortly after you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to let you know that we have received your order only.
- Please check your email in case there are problems (w/ payment, quantities, etc...)
- Also check the order status link on the email. If your order is on hold, then there is something holding it up.
- If you did not receive an Order Confirmation (with your order #), then we may not have received your order.
Why do orders sometimes not go through?
- You're using a very old version of your browser that won't allow secure connections, in which case you should upgrade.
- You are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections.
- You may forget to press the "Send This Order" button on the last page of the order form.
- There is a typo in the credit card information.
- Your bank or credit card company may be blocking your purchase - make sure to check with your bank just to be sure.
