2.) All returns must be shipped backno later than3businessdays after the Return Authorization # is sent.
3.) All shipping charges are non-refundable, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4.) Please, absolutely no refunds on orders of 3 dresses or more.  NO EXCEPTIONS

All returns must have original plastic packaging, tags must be intact, gowns must not show any sign of wear, have any scent or alterations.

Items returned without a Return Authorization # or items not in original conditions will be rejected and automatically shipped back.

Shipping Fees: Please note - If you originally got free shipping with your order, you will be refunded for the price of the dress minus the regular UPS GROUND shipping charge calculation on our website.
