Q: Why are your dresses so affordable?
A:
Our dresses come directly from the factory/warehouse, so we are able to sell low
to our customers.
We use the same high-quality fabrics, but can offer them at
a high discount because of our high volume-since we don't have the additional
overhead constraints that other bridal shops must overcome. Since operating this
website is much less expensive than a typical retail establishment, we are able
to pass these savings on to the general public. We know how expensive
weddings are, and this is your chance to save much more money. For a dress
that your bridesmaids will wear once, why pay retail prices?

Q:
I've never ordered online & am
afraid to purchase because of quality, fitting & color matching reasons...please
advise?
A:
We are known for our unique styles, great quality & rock bottom prices.
Though our prices are low, we do not sacrifice quality & continue to exceed our
customers' expectations. Shopping at BridalSassique.com is very simple- if
you're worried about the the fitting, all you have to do on your behalf is send
us the measurements, and we'll pick out the sizes for you. If you're
worried about the color(s), you may order fabric swatches.

Q: There was a
dress that I was interested awhile ago. Now it's gone, what happened?
A:
Providing quality dresses at
affordable prices comes with a price-you've got to be quick.
Our dresses come
in a first come, first serve basis. Our inventory changes daily, and we
update our website as quickly as we could.
We try our best to assist you
personally when it comes to these situations. If the dress style is gone, that
means that the manufacturer has sold them all out, and they may either receive
more shipments or they may not.

Q: How accurate is
your inventory?
A:
Our inventory is 98% accurate. Though one style may be in stock, that
could mean we may have 100 pieces left, or 2.
As soon as it is all sold out,
we remove it from our website immediately.
We update our website ourselves,
so there is no need for us to contact a web developer to update it for us-we do
it ourselves for convenience and accuracy. Because the manufacturer
receives many new shipments almost every 3-4 weeks, our inventory tends to
change very quickly. We do try our best to provide you with the most
accurate information, and if you'd like to know if a specific style is
available, feel free to contact us. Don't forget to include the following
information: -style no., -color(s), -size(s).

Q:
One of my bridesmaids already
purchased a dress, and she received it already.
A:
I was going to place another
order for my other bridesmaids, but the style is gone! Now what?
Our merchandise are high in demand & therefore we
cannot always guarantee that a specific style will be in stock.
We STRONGLY
suggest that you place the order all at the same time to ensure that you get
your order first.
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, have your
bridesmaids place an order all on the same or next following day with their own
shipping addresses.

Q: Can I get some
fabric swatches?
A:
We do carry some fabric swatches with us, please let us know what style # and
color you are interested in so that we can send out any fabric swatches that we
may have. We'll be more than happy to mail them out for only 50 cents, please

Q: Can I get extra
fabric?
A:
Extra fabric requests must be made through one of our representatives so that we
can special-order the material for you.
Extra yardage cannot be purchased on
our website, you have to contact us first, and our customer representative will
assist you in the process of purchasing extra fabric. Note that there will
be additional shipping fees for the material.
Prices for extra material range
from $5.00-$15.00 per yard; depending on the type of material. You must
contact
us to order
extra fabric if it is available.

Q: Do you sell flower
girl dresses or gloves, accessories?
A:
We would love to start selling other merchandise & accessories, but for now, we
are selling only bridesmaids dresses, formal gowns and a few selected items. Sooner or later, we will
definitely sell more merchandise as we expand.

Q: Do you ship to APO/military addresses?
A:
Yes, we sure do! For all APO and military addresses, we use USPS PRIORITY MAIL, which takes about 1-3 days.

Q: How long does shipping take once an order is placed?
A:
All orders placed by 3:30 PM EST are generally shipped out on the same day.
Shipping thereafter takes 3-5 BUSINESS days via UPS GROUND.

Q: I am ordering 4 dresses for my bridesmaids, but one of my bridesmaids lives in another state.
A:
Can you ship the one dress to her?
Yes, simply place separate orders but make sure to do it at the same time to ensure the availability of the dresses.
You will have to place the order separately and we will have it shipped immediately.
We would recommend that you have your bridesmaids order separately at the same time, or order the dresses as one to get a lower shipping fee.

Q: What are my payment options?
A:
We accept all major credit cards-Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover. We also
accept PAYPAL, and money orders; but
please note that this is not recommended if you need the dresses immediately.
For those who do not feel comfortable entering their credit card information over the internet
(even though our servers are 100% secure), we understand and will be more than happy to assist you over the phone.

don't like to order online. Can I send a money order?

Yes, you may - however, we prefer that you provide us with the style no., color,
sizes & qty so that we can put it on hold for you.

Q: My wedding is not until next 8 months, should I order the dresses now?
A:
We highly recommend that you do so as soon as possible especially if you've already fell in love with the one style that you know is 'the one' for your bridesmaids. Our dresses are HIGH in demand and we cannot guarantee that particular style will still be available later.
As styles go out of stock, new styles come in again but they will always vary in design, color & size.
Fitting/Size FAQs
Q: Many of your styles are either backless or have a very low cut back design, is there a specific type of bra I can wear?
A:
Many of our styles have a self-bra already sewn inside the dress, eliminating
the need for a bra. However, there are many bras that you may use for low
cut or backless designs.
Many retailers out on the market now sell various bras that you can wear even with backless or low back cut dresses.
There are adhesive bras, low back strapless bras & backless silicone bras that can be purchased at any department store, lingerie store or formal gown retail stores. Prices range from $6.00-$50.00+, depending on what type of bra you purchase.

Q: What are the lengths of your dresses?
A:
While it varies on the style & cut of the dress, the longest are approximately
60"e;-63"e; from the shoulder down to the bottom. Again, some dresses may be longer or shorter, depending on its style. If you are unsure or would like more information, please do not hesitate to
contact us...we'll be more than happy to measure a specific dress for you.

Q: What size is
a XL or 2XL equivalent to in women's sizes?
A:
Please note: Our dresses do run small. We do not recommend
guessing your sizes OR choosing a dress
based on the dress size you normally wear. Every retailer/manufacturer
will have a size chart of their own, and formal gown sizing is different from
street clothes. To better serve you, please have yourself measured (Bust,
Waist, Hip & Height) and go by our size charts.
Our gowns run in Misses' sizes, and our XL - 3XL are NOT plus sizes.
Generally, a size XL is equivalent to about a 10-12, 2XL = 12-16, 3XL = 16-18,
sometimes 20.
We go by measurements for accuracy purposes - please, please make sure to follow
our size chart and to choose accordingly.
