If you are truly unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

All returns must follow our guidelines:

1.) You must contact us within 3 business days after delivery date for a Return Authorization #.
2.) All returns must be shipped back no later than 3 business days after the Return Authorization # is sent.
3.) All shipping charges are non-refundable, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4.) Please, absolutely no refunds on orders of 3 dresses or more. A store credit will be given.
All returns must be in its original packaging with tags intact, gowns must not show sign of wear, have any scent, alterations.
Items returned without a Return Authorization # or items not in original conditions will be rejected and automatically shipped back.
Shipping Fees: Please note - If you originally got free shipping with your order, you will be refunded for the price of the dress minus the regular UPS GROUND shipping charge calculation on our website.

MANUFACTURER DYE LOT VARIATIONS
As an online-only retailer, a great benefit is that bridesmaids from all over the country (and world!) can place their orders with us as part of the same bridal party. But given that the girls are placing their own separate orders at different times to different addresses, we've gotten a lot of inquiries from concerned brides about whether their bridesmaid dresses will be cut from the same fabric dye lot.
For those unfamiliar with the concept of dye lot, it refers to the bolt of fabric (a lot of fabric) that goes through the dye process at the same time. Theoretically, all lots should be dyed in the same way to attain the same color. However, given that dyeing fabric is not an exact science, different bolts of cloth may turn out slightly different in shade. This is why designers recommend that your entire bridal party's dresses be cut from the same dye lot, meaning they are cut from the same bolt of fabric.
To address this issue, we recommend that you place your orders altogether OR on the same day. You
can also inform us ahead of time of all the members in your bridal party who will be placing orders on our site. That way, we can hold the orders until everyone is in, then ship simultaneously to avoid dye lot variation issues.
SAME DAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We pride ourselves with our fast shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from Monday thru Friday. We ship out of Los Angeles, CA. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method.
International orders are shipped within 48 and usually take about 1.5-2 weeks for delivery.
We do not ship on the weekends & major holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Order shipped on the same day via UPS GROUND (3-5 business days): No later than the 6th business day.
Order shipped the next day via UPS GROUND (3-5 business days): No later than the 7th business day.
AVAILABILITY & HIGH SELLOUT:
Our gowns are sold on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
Due to the high demand of our merchandise, our inventory changes quickly.
Please advise that it is still possible for your order to be unavailable even if the style number was in stock at the time of your purchase.
Because of this, there will be a representative that will contact you immediately and confirm whether your order was processed, or not able to go through. You will be contacted in within 24 hours after you have made your purchase.
If your order cannot be completed, your order will be canceled and fully refunded. The availability of the dresses are subject to change without notice.
If a certain style is out of stock, it may either be temporary or permanently discontinued.

Due to our fast shipping service and value prices, our merchandise sell out very quickly.
As a result, sometimes your order may not be in stock. You will be contacted immediately and fully refunded back at your request.
