MANUFACTURER DYE LOT VARIATIONS
Manufacturer dye lots do vary, and dresses that are purchased separately for the same bridal party may not be 100% exact.  To ensure that your bridal party will receive identical gowns, please make sure to place the order together OR on the same day. They may also include the bride's name under the "e;DATE OF THE EVENT"e; comment box prior to submitting your order.

You may also include the name of the bridal party, that way we can put them together for you.
We will not be responsible for manufacturer dye lot variations, as well as embroidery, fabric shade, and other embellishments as every new shipment of our dresses will not always be 100% exact as the previous shipment.

SAME DAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We are one of the very few online formal gown retailers that usually ship on the same day.
We usually ship orders on the same day if received by 3:30 PM PST.
However, though we always make an effort to ship all orders on the same day, some may be shipped the next day due to packaging, short inventory or other lack of shipping information. International orders will be shipped on the next business day to ensure neat packaging, insurance & accuracy.
We do not ship on the weekends & major holidays. If you need an order ASAP, please contact us immediately so that we may work with you in terms of shipping, and product preparation. UPS may ship on Saturdays for an extra charge.
