• All sales are final on bridal gowns and ball gowns.
• Returns for store credit are not subject to any restocking fees.
• Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• All returns and exchanges must be in its original packaging with tags intact, gowns must not show sign of wear, have any scent, alterations, stains, etc. Dresses must be in resalable condition.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases where the error was ours.  
• For returns, you must contact us within 3 business days after delivery date for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  
• Items returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be rejected. 
• All returns must be mailed back and postmarked no later than 3 business days after receipt of the Return Authorization Number (RA#).
• Refunds will be issued within 1 business day from receipt of returned package. Please allow 4-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your account.  Gift Certificate and PIN # will be provided within 3 business days after receipt of merchandise return for store credit.
• For exchanges, you must fill out the Exchange Form within 3 business days after delivery date/receipt of the merchandise.
  Exchanges must be be mailed back and postmarked within 3 business days from receipt of the exchange email instructions from us.
• Exchanges are for the same style# in a different size and/or color only, based on stock availability.

How to make an EXCHANGE:

Step 1:  Let us know what item(s) you need to send back and what you're exchanging for by filling out our Exchange Form.

Step 2:  Print and enclose the exchange packing slip in the package.

Step 3:  Mail package at your nearest USPS or UPS location within 3 business days from receiving the exchange packing slip/instructions via email from us.   

"IMMEDIATE EXCHANGE REQUEST #________(Type in your order # that you will be returning)"
